Internal curved walls and rounded end caps at Sacsayhuaman in Peru are similar to the internal curves at the Pipestone Walls in Montana. Both of these ancient cyclopean walls were built on a molded base. Section One in foreground.

December 14, 2023 An incredible adventure on a warm winter day in mid December. Brian Krott took us into the backcountry, zooming along in a Polaris RZR, to film dolmens, megalithic walls, and a major ancient quarry site he had discovered. The Pipestone Megacomplex is filled with ancient dolmens, towers, stone statues and megalithic structures. |

There are numerous sites at the Montana Megaliths where scallop cut marks appear.
"It is not known what technique was employed for carving the granite from the quarry bed-rock and there are very unusual regularly-spaced "scallop" cuts all down the cut surfaces which cannot be explained by the current, frequently repeated, but yet unproven statement that they were "pounded out" by hitting with small balls of diorite. No scientific explanation of these scalloped cut marks has ever been published. https://gacny.org/2020/01/the-ancient-art-of-stonemasonry-and-megalithic-construction/ |
The Wizard on Pillar Two
On the top of the pink granite intentionally constructed Pillar Two, a full size Wizard looks out over the landscape. There are four pillars at the Crowned King Complex each with different images that show at different times of the day depending on light and shadow. There are several faces surrounding the Wizard that are visible from different angles. |

Deep in the back country of the Pipestone OHV (off highway vehicles) recreation area is a most unusual dolmen. The huge suspended capstone is supported on one side by an upright wall and on the other by a thin shelf cut into a upright cyclopean standing stone.
Lear, a volunteer who built many of these trails, took me to Flintstone Dolmen on the back of his ATV. Smooth ride. |

An intrepid family that has a passion for "adventuring" has discovered several megalithic features. Scarlett Scharf, who is nine years old, made her father promise that he would take her to the find megaliths every weekend. Cowboybob and I are her witnesses.
Scarlett speaks her mind, is incredibly tenacious and her vocabulary will amaze you. One of her goals is to find an elk shed. Kelly Scharf first spotted the Bennu Scarlett Sunrise bird while the family was exploring near Ringing Rocks. |
